We offer free shipping for all purchases. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery based on your location.

Return Policy

Customer needs to email us to receive a Return Authorization Code. We only accept new toys with all tags and labels in place and unopened packages within 14 days after delivery. Customer is responsible to pay for the return fees and all items must be packed in shipping standards. You can find more details under Terms of Service.
